Home Care Aide / Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide / Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their homes and community settings. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being for clients with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing quality of life through attentive caregiving and support.

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing symptoms, and reporting changes to healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces

Experience

• Prior experience working in home health care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, healthcare teams, and other caregivers
• Familiarity with long-term care practices, hospice care, or social work principles is a plus
• Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining patient comfort and dignity

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
