Job Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Aides/ Caregivers to join our team. For the 11p - 7am position. This role is vital in delivering personalized, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and committed to supporting clients with dignity and respect.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and toileting .
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and general tidying.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed in the care plan.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Protect client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

Caregiver Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous caregiver or home care experience is preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow care instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Weekend availability is required.
• We offer various shifts such as day, evening, overnight, and holiday coverage. Flexibility is a must.
• This position requires a background check provided by the company and fingerprint clearance.
