Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA-licensed Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate should be patient-centered, reliable, and experienced in delivering personalized care based on individual health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home as per DHA standards.
• Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and IV therapy as required.
• Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and family members for comprehensive care.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and proper nursing protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first-aid or urgent care when needed.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid DHA License or eligibility letter.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or clinical settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage patients effectively.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude.
