Home Care Nurse - Neurology / palliative / chronic care

Summary:
Provides dedicated nursing care to patients with neurological, palliative, or chronic health conditions in a home setting, ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of care.

Key Duties:

• Monitor vital signs and patient condition.
• Administer medications and manage IVs, catheters, and feeding tubes.
• Assist in physiotherapy or mobility exercises as advised.
• Provide wound care and hygiene support.
• Educate and guide family members on patient care routines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with doctors.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing with 1–3 years of experience in neuro, palliative, or chronic care.
• Skilled in handling bedridden or long-term care patients.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
