Home Care Regstered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

• Provide direct nursing care to patients at home, including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Monitor and assess the patient’s condition, vital signs, and response to treatment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) where applicable.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques.

2. Care Planning & Documentation

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the physician and management promptly.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Follow infection prevention and control measures during all procedures.
• Adhere to local health authority regulations, professional nursing standards, and company policies.
• Handle medical equipment and supplies according to safety guidelines.

4. Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Participate in case conferences, training, and staff meetings as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
