Home Health Services is seeking an experienced, sales-driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our home care agency!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the home care senior services. This role requires a combination of strong sales and interpersonal skills, creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for marketing within the home care field. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our agency’s brand awareness, generate referrals, and engage with clients and their families across various channels. Pay based on experience. Bonuses and additional compensation based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in lead, referral, and client generation and acquisition.
- Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media, specifically tailored for the home care market.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities in home care services.
- Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content and monitoring performance metrics to enhance online visibility.
- Create engaging email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials aimed at our clients and referral sources.
- Collaborate with the care coordination and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate online initiatives to boost client engagement and enhance our e-commerce capabilities for service inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and performance results.
- Organize, attend, and execute various home care marketing and community events.
- Meet monthly sales and referrals goals.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles within the home care and senior services industry.
- Proven proficiency in SEO techniques to improve online visibility for home care services.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to our target audiences, including clients and healthcare professionals.
- Expert in B2B and face-to-face sales.
- Experience with social media, email marketing platforms, and best practices for effective campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions based on metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to practice time management and meet deadlines and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the home care or senior services industry, or a Bachelor's degree in business marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with the home care landscape, including relevant regulations and referral processes (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with referral sources and potential clients, and the ability to effectively communicate the agency’s services and benefits to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software, and various social media platforms for tracking referrals and managing data.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Ads.
