Position Overview

We're seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Manager in executing cutting-edge strategies. This role is perfect for someone who loves juggling multiple hats—from crafting compelling content to optimizing ad campaigns and leveraging AI tools for smarter growth. You'll have the autonomy to innovate and the support of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, including Google AdWords and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Create engaging content for social media, emails, and websites—bonus if you're handy with a camera for shooting photos/videos!
• Handle SEO and SEM strategies to boost our online visibility and search rankings.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like MailChimp to nurture leads and build customer loyalty.
• Stay ahead of the curve with AI tools (e.g., for content generation, analytics, or automation) to supercharge our marketing efforts and drive scalable growth.
• Produce professional marketing materials, such as business cards, brochures, flyers, and digital assets, using user-friendly platforms like Canva or similar design software.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategies and achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing ads, content creation, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools like Google AdWords, MailChimp, Canva, Wordpress and emerging AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or analytics AI).
• Creative eye and technical skills—comfortable behind a camera and able to produce high-quality visual content.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A passion for marketing innovation and a results-driven mindset.
