Job Summary
The Home Health Care Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of a home health care agency. This position is responsible for ensuring that high-quality care is provided to clients while managing staff, budgets, and compliance with regulations. Duties

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
• Coordinate patient care services and ensure that client needs are met effectively.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing to enhance agency visibility.
• Employ multichannel marketing techniques to reach potential clients through various platforms.
• Analyze market trends using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage budgets effectively while ensuring optimal resource allocation for advertising sales and performance marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities for growth in e-commerce and B2B marketing.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and manage customer relationships through effective communication strategies.

Experience
Candidates should have a proven track record in health care administration or a related field. A background in marketing is highly desirable, with experience in the following areas:

• Digital marketing strategies including performance marketing and analytics.
• Proficiency in WordPress for website management.
• Familiarity with HTML for basic website editing.
• Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging content across various platforms.
• Experience with Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords for targeted campaigns.
• Knowledge of budgeting processes and product management within a health care context. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance administrative responsibilities with innovative marketing initiatives to drive the success of the home health care agency.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.73 - $28.58 per hour
