Home Health Coordinator - Speaks Korean/English

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a Home Care Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and management of a Home Heath Agency . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the caregivers and providing support to the patients . The candidate will be fluent in Hindi as well as English.

*Responsibilities*

- Manage Caregivers staff coordinate their schedules

- Oversee Caregivers salaries

- Maintain the agency's compliance of daily documentation of Caregiver's task

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the property

- Plan and organize household events and activities

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Weekly and Monthly visits to observe the Caregiver and Patient

-Caregiver coaching

*Skills*

- Speak and English and Korean

- Proficiency in home care management systems

- Knowledge of medical collection procedures

-Knowledge of Caregiver protocol

- Familiarity with health information management

- Understanding of medical terminology

- Ability to operate phone systems effectively

- Experience with computerized systems for home health management

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding

- Previous experience in a Home Health setting

- Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
