Home Health Coordinator/Marketer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Home Health Coordinator/Marketer to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting our home health services and building strong relationships within the community. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing expertise and a passion for healthcare, enabling them to effectively communicate our mission and services to potential clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote home health services across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the home health industry.
• Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
• Utilize SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
• Communicate with families and any interdisciplinary teams on any concerns, questions
• Enter new referrals and admitting clients into the EHR system
• Assist in hiring new employees and ensure they are onboarded
• Audit patient and employee charts
• Ensure compliance is maintained per Medicare regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
