We are looking to hire a Home Maintenance Coordinator.

Candidate needs to have existing experience booking Complaints from Clients for Technicians like Plumbers/AC Technicians/Electricians

  • CANDIDATES WITH FACILITY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ONLY APPLY!!
  • Booking clients’ appointment requests in all company communication platforms such as phone calls, e-mail, Facebook messenger, company website and WhatsApp.
  • Arranging dispatch of technicians on a daily basis to attend client appointments ensuring quality of service and adherence of schedule.
  • Assists in office operations such as coordinating office activities and operations to serve efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • In charge of stock inventory, looking for/dealing with suppliers to procure materials such as AC units, AC spare parts, water heater, water pumps and any AC, plumbing and electrical consumables.
  • Managing invoices, payment collection and data entry via QuickBooks
  • Marketing the company’s services through social media platform, e.g Facebook, WhatsApp and Email.
  • Manages daily operations of the organization, orchestrating forward-thinking strategies to accomplish profit and expansion goals.
  • Assists in recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
  • Handles problematic customers and clients to assist lower-level employees and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Delivers business strategy and develops systems and procedures to improve operational quality and team efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
