Job Description

Kaigo Home Health Care LLP is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, patience, and the ability to support patients and families with professionalism and empathy. Nurses will be responsible for monitoring health conditions, administering treatment, and ensuring the overall comfort and safety of patients.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

• Provide routine nursing care as prescribed by the doctor.
• Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration, etc.).
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as required.
• Support with wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and tube feeding.
• Assist with mobility, physiotherapy exercises (as instructed), and fall prevention.
• Manage medical equipment like nebulizers, oxygen concentrators, etc.

Personal Care

• Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Ensure patient hygiene and comfort at all times.
• Support bedridden patients with position changes to prevent bedsores.

Observation & Reporting

• Observe and report any changes in the patient’s condition to family members and the coordinating doctor.
• Maintain daily nursing records and updates.

Emotional & Family Support

• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Educate family members on patient care routines when needed.

Requirements

• Valid nursing qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
• Registered nurse with relevant nursing council (if applicable).
• Prior experience in home care, ICU, or general nursing preferred.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Good communication skills and a caring attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
