Home Staging Designer

We're a growing home staging company in Los Angeles looking for a hands-on designer who's as comfortable in a warehouse as they are on a job site. This is not a remote design role — it's active, physical, and fast-paced.

We're open to experienced stagers as well as designers from other backgrounds who are ready to bring their eye to the staging world.

What you'll actually be doing

• Spending the majority of your time at our Commerce warehouse — packing, unpacking, cleaning, tagging inventory, and keeping things organized
• Traveling independently to install locations throughout greater Los Angeles
• Providing a precise, clearly communicated design plan that an install crew can execute efficiently — your instructions directly drive the outcome
• Designing for a wide range of property types, price points, and aesthetics — from minimal modern to eclectic and layered
• Communicating progress, issues, and updates clearly throughout each project

Who we're looking for

• Background in staging, interior design, or a related design field — what matters most is your eye and your work ethic
• Physically capable and willing to do the heavy work — lifting, loading, and organizing is part of the job every day
• Highly organized — you manage inventory, pull lists, and project timelines without dropping the ball
• Current on design trends and versatile in style — we work across many aesthetics and you need to pull from all of them
• A clear and proactive communicator — the crew and the client both count on you to stay on top of things
• Reliable transportation to job sites across greater Los Angeles
• Coachable and team-oriented — you bring your creativity within our design system, not instead of it. We have an established formula and a standard of quality; the right candidate learns it, owns it, and elevates it

(This role is for someone who takes pride in the full process — not just the finished look. If you love design but aren't ready to get your hands dirty, this isn't the right fit.)
