Home Teacher

Job Purpose:

The Home Teacher provides personalized instruction to students at home, ensuring academic improvement, skill development, and learning support in a safe and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons and tutoring in the assigned subjects according to the student’s curriculum and learning pace.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and exercises suitable for the student’s level.
• Monitor and assess the student’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
• Assist with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage motivation and engagement.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the student’s individual learning style and needs.
• Maintain discipline and ensure the student follows a structured study routine.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress and areas of improvement.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and overall academic development.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the student’s personal and academic information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant subject expertise (depending on the teaching level).
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned subject(s).
• Patience, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
