Egypt Education Platform is thrilled to announce an opening for a Homeroom Teacher (FS) at our esteemed institution, Prime National Schools - Scholar's International Language School. We are in search of a nurturing and innovative educator who is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment for our Foundation Stage students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an engaging curriculum that supports the holistic development of young learners.
• Establish a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to enhance their learning experiences.
• Encourage exploration and creativity through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
• Involve parents and families in the educational process, maintaining open communication about their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a rich and cohesive educational program that aligns with school goals.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices and stay current on educational trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Possession of a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and their families.
• Creative, dynamic, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.
