HOPE 4 Youth is a nonprofit organization firmly rooted in the goal of ending youth homelessness. Our mission is to provide pathways to end youth homelessness. Our vision is to ensure all youth feel safe, valued, and supported while reaching their full potential. This begins with meeting their basic needs and leads to giving them the tools to thrive. HOPE 4 Youth provides a safe place for youth to access basic needs support, educational and employment programs and opportunities, and transitional housing options. We believe in the power of a youth’s potential and work with the community to improve the challenges unhoused youth face.

Wages
$16.00 per hour

Schedule
This is a regular, part-time position that will work every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) from 3pm-11pm; other shifts will be available to be picked up as needed. While at HOPE Place, you will likely be the only staff member onsite but will have support from supervisors with a check-in at the beginning of all weekly shifts and with other team members on the weekend. The team at HOPE Place is very strong, engaging and supportive.
Job Summary
HOPE 4 Youth is hiring a HOPE Place Front Desk Associate to provide general front desk and administrative support while maintaining positive interactions with residents and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
