Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospice Liaison/Marketer to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in building relationships within the community, promoting hospice services, and expanding our outreach through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and B2B engagement, with a passion for improving patient care and community awareness. This position offers an opportunity to leverage expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing to enhance our brand presence and connect with families and healthcare providers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing SEO, social media platforms, and multichannel marketing channels to increase awareness of hospice services.
  • Manage digital campaigns including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing to target key audiences.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms using Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, and copywriting skills to communicate the value of hospice care.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and community needs to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support advertising sales efforts and develop promotional materials for print advertising and digital channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and report on key metrics.
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources through B2B marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve outreach efficiency.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all channels while adapting messaging for different audiences.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on healthcare or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in multichannel marketing campaigns including print advertising and e-commerce integrations is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and demonstrate campaign success.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
