Hospice Marketer / Community Liason

Desert Sky Hospice is based in Phoenix, AZ in Maricopa County and is seeking an experienced Hospice Liaison.

We are looking for self-motivated and proactive professionals who understand the special challenges that arise in hospice with patients and their family and can maintain a positive working relationship with doctors, nursing facilities, and hospitals that refer patients to hospice services.

Your responsibilities would include communicating the benefits of hospice care to these professionals and families, educating the community about hospice services, and conducting sales calls to existing and potential referral sources.

You will interact with health care professionals daily, promote hospice services, and attend conferences/meetings to create additional business.

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year experience in a similar sales or marketing role in the hospice industry with a proven track-record
• Ability to build rapport with doctors, case managers and community partners
• Compassionate and caring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driver’s license and car insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
