About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Hospice Marketing Liaison to grow awareness of our services and connect more patients and families with quality care. In this role, you’ll build strong community partnerships, support our team, and help expand Luminos Hospice’s mission across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts between College Station and Brenham, including assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, hospitals, and physician offices.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Participate in staff engagement efforts and serve as a bridge between our team and community partners.
• Conduct presentations, outreach visits, and community events to educate others on hospice services.
• Track referral data and collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth patient transitions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in healthcare marketing, business development, or liaison role (hospice or home health preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
