Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state of Oregon
Possess strong computer skills
Have the ability to accept and adapt to different social, racial, cultural, and religious modes and fulfill the philosophy of Hospice Care

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Hospice
Able to make accurate, at times, quick judgements

Responsibilities:

Patient visits/assessments
Pain/symptom – medication management
Teaching/education to patient/family/facility staff
