HR Generalist – Hospital (SB Road, Pune)

Location: SB Road, Pune
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Requirements

• Must have experience working in a hospital setup.
• Should be familiar with payroll, recruitment, attendance, leave management, and employee relations.
• Generalist profile – able to handle all HR functions independently.
• Experience with a reputed hospital chain preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Role Overview

• End-to-end recruitment for hospital staff (clinical and non-clinical).
• Handle payroll and attendance.
• Manage joining, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate
• Minimum 1 years of hospital HR experience (mandatory).
