Position: Business Development Officer cum Counsellor
Location: Dr. Parbatani's Centre for Eye, Pune
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the clinic’s services through business development strategies (fieldwork, digital marketing coordination, partnership outreach, etc.)
Counsel patients about available treatments and procedures, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable
Coordinate with referring doctors and maintain professional relationships
Identify growth opportunities, plan and execute promotional events/camps
Maintain records, generate reports, and assist in developing marketing material
