Job Summary

The Hospital Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, administration, and performance of the clinic facility. This role ensures smooth coordination between medical, administrative, and support teams while maintaining regulatory compliance, financial efficiency, and exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage promotional and community outreach events
• Coordinate with local RWAs to organize healthcare camps and awareness activities
• Oversee daily operations of multiple clinics to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
• Implement and monitor SOPs for both clinical and non-clinical services
• Supervise recruitment, training, and performance management of clinic staff and doctors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
