Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to oversee hospital operations, build strong collaborations with healthcare professionals, and drive business growth. The role involves coordinating with market doctors, developing partnerships with hospitals, and implementing strategies to enhance patient inflow and hospital reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies for growth.

- Organize regular visits to doctors and hospitals for relationship building and collaboration.

- Promote hospital services to expand the referral network and patient base.

- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in hospital management, healthcare marketing, or business development.

- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (doctors, hospitals, patients).

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.

- Willingness to travel for hospital and doctor visits.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, specialties, and wellness programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, consultants, corporate clients, and community organizations.
  • Manage hospital branding across digital platforms, social media, and print campaigns.
  • Organize health awareness seminars, medical camps, and patient engagement activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure effective communication of hospital services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and patient outreach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
