Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day OPD operations.
- Manage OPD staff (receptionists, assistants, nurses, data entry operators, etc.).
- Oversee patient registration, appointment booking, and token/queue system.
- Ensure doctors’ schedules are properly managed.
- Monitor patient flow to reduce waiting time and improve efficiency.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with hospital administration and other departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly OPD reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital/clinic operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospital management software/OPD systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
