About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily business operations. This role requires strong coordination across sales, procurement, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership, process optimization, and problem-solving skills to support business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing, from sales confirmation to final delivery.
• Oversee logistics, warehouse coordination, and supplier management.
• Optimize operational workflows to reduce turnaround time and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, contracts, and international shipping regulations.
• Monitor key operational KPIs (order accuracy, on-time delivery, cost efficiency) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and budget control.
• Work closely with customer support to resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain updated documentation, reports, and records for smooth audits and compliance.
• Identify process gaps and recommend technology or workflow improvements.
• Lead and mentor operations team members to enhance performance and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (E-commerce experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain workflows, order fulfilment, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel for reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
