Hospital Pharmacist

• Accurately dispense medications based on doctor’s prescriptions.
• Verify dosage, frequency, and potential drug interactions.
• Counsel patients (if needed) on correct usage of medications.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of drugs and consumables.
• Monitor expiry dates and follow FEFO/FIFO principles.
• Manage procurement requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Handle Schedule H, H1, and X drugs as per statutory regulations.
• Ensure safe storage of narcotics and high-value drugs with proper records.
• Maintain cold chain management for vaccines, insulin, and other sensitive drugs.
• Support doctors and nurses by providing correct and timely medicines.
• Update hospital information system (HIS) for billing and stock records.
• Assist in audits and prepare pharmacy-related reports.
• Prevent and report medication errors.
• Participate in continuous training and quality initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
