Hospital Pharmacist

We are seeking a Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient counseling, ensuring medication safety, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide medication counseling to patients on proper usage, side effects, and storage.
• Ensure drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications are considered.
• Monitor inventory levels and order medications as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to ensure safe and effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the pharmacy system.
• Stay updated on new medications and pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BPharm or PharmD) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Pharmacist license in [State].
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication safety, and patient care.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
