Job Title: Pharmacy Purchase Supervisor

Job Summary:
Responsible for procurement of medicines and pharmacy supplies for the hospital, ensuring timely availability, cost control, and compliance with hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase medicines and pharmacy consumables
• Maintain stock levels and prevent shortages/overstock
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate rates
• Verify invoices, GRNs, and purchase records
• Monitor expiry and return near-expiry items
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory norms

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy or related field
• 2–4 years experience in hospital pharmacy purchase

Skills:

• Inventory & vendor management
• Documentation and coordination
• Basic ERP/HMS knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
