We are looking for Female PRE to work in a Maternity & Fertility hospital located in Manikonda, Hyderabad. Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required in maternity hospital or Fertility (IVF) center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary patient coordination point for doctor, ensuring a smooth patient journey from consultation to treatment completion.
• Accompany the doctor during OPD hours to understand treatment plans, next steps, and patient concerns.
• Follow up with patients via calls/WhatsApp as advised by the doctor.
• Coordinate appointments, investigations, procedures, admissions, and surgery dates in alignment with doctor schedules.
• Provide basic explanation of treatment plans, timelines, and instructions as guided by the doctor (no medical advice).
• Support financial counselling coordination and ensure patients clearly understand estimates and payment stages.
• Ensure high patient satisfaction through polite communication, empathy, and prompt responses.
• Act as a communication bridge between doctor, front desk, counsellors, and patients.
• Provide daily and weekly follow-up status updates to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
