Reporting Line:
The HP Product Specialist will report directly into the country manager of Nipro Middle East (NIME) and will have a functional dotted line to the EMEA category manger Hospital products.

Position Overview:
The Hospital Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting, managing, and coordinating the commercialization of a portfolio of healthcare products, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales & direct profit objectives. This role involves direct engagement with hospitals, oversight of national distributors under his / her responsibility and supervision of logistical processes to ensure product availability and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
Hospital Visits:
• Identify and establish relationships with key hospital departments involved in purchasing decisions (e.g., pharmacy, procurement, oncology, pain management departments).
• Present and promote products from the portfolio, highlighting their benefits and alignment with client-specific needs.
Distributor Management:
• Coordinate and oversee relationships with national distributors to ensure proper supply chain coverage and product availability.
• Ensure distributors meet quality standards and agreed delivery timelines.
Sales Forecasting Oversight
• Monitor and analyses sales forecasts from hospitals and distributors, adjusting strategies to meet commercial goals.
• Ensures compliance between customer & manufacturing corporate forecast.
Requirements
• Relevant or bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacy or bio related science, biomedical, chemistry.
• At least 4-5 years of prior experience in sales roles.
• Prior experience in sales of hospital, oncology-related products and/or (ambulatory) IV infusion.
• Team player, proactive and customer oriented.
• Must have a valid driving licence.
