Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and admission/discharge formalities.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding hospital services.
- Maintain patient records and update hospital management system (HMS) accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth workflow.
- Manage billing, payment collection, and provide receipts to patients.
- Ensure cleanliness and professional upkeep of the reception area.
- Handle complaints or issues promptly and escalate to the concerned department if required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist/front office executive in a hospital or healthcare setup.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital software will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
- Graduate (Preferred in any stream).
- Additional certification in hospital administration or front office management will be a plus
