About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Hospitality Accounts manager with a proven background in the hotel or hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing complete financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, budget management, and hospitality finance processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and maintain accurate financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and all statutory requirements within the hospitality domain.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost and variance analysis, manage cash flow, and monitor operational expenses.
• Oversee audits, tax filing, and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
• Utilize Tally ERP for all day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions.

Must-Have Skills

• Mandatory experience in finance operations within the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial formulas).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with property management systems (PMS) or hospitality-based accounting tools.
• Exposure to CRM systems or other advanced financial software.
