Job Scope

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all operational departments across the hospitality sector.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations and General Managers to optimize departmental performance, including revenue generation, profitability, food and beverage quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct routine site visits to evaluate property conditions and compliance with brand and operational standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the owner and hotel management teams.
• Guide management teams on operational strategies, staffing matters, and performance improvement plans.
• Analyze financial reports, operational metrics, and guest satisfaction scores to assess hotel performance.
• Approve budgets, capital expenditure plans, and major contracts to align with strategic objectives.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and coordinate management agreements (HMA) with the finance department.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain excellence.
• Address escalated guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution in line with brand standards.
• Travel to hotel locations as required supporting on-site needs and assessing operational standards.

Education, Most Common Work Experience Requested and Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hotel management, operations, or ownership (owner) representation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and relevant software.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Work as an owner representative for 5-star Hotels.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in related fields would be desirable.
