Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments

Support restaurant/hotel operations including service, staff scheduling, and logistics

Monitor operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and stock monitoring

Handle operational reports, documentation, and data tracking

Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and management
-
Support problem-solving and handle operational issues as they arise
-
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction

Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met
Qualifications
-
1–2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotel operations
-
Bachelor’s degree

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of operational procedures in restaurants or hotels

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
