We’re Hiring: Head of Hospitality Management

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Hospitality Management to lead and manage hospitality education across our campuses. This role requires a strong blend of academic leadership and industry expertise to ensure high-quality education, practical training, and global relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Hospitality Management programs across multiple campuses
• Ensure academic excellence, quality of teaching, and alignment with industry standards
• Oversee curriculum development, academic planning, and accreditation requirements
• Supervise and mentor faculty to ensure effective delivery, innovation, and student engagement
• Ensure proper implementation of practical training, service standards, and industry-based learning
• Coordinate with academic and student affairs teams to enhance student experience and retention
• Manage course delivery, timetables, and faculty performance in line with academic objectives
• Develop strong industry linkages for internships, placements, and international opportunities
• Monitor academic performance, attendance, and compliance through systems (EMS)
• Represent the institution in academic and hospitality industry forums
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback, academic data, and institutional goals

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role (Hospitality Head / Manager / Academic Lead)
• Strong understanding of hospitality education, curriculum design, and training standards
• Proven leadership and faculty management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
