We are seeking a Senior Hospitality Designer with deep experience in hotel design to join our growing team. This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Position Overview

The Senior Hospitality Designer will take a lead role in driving high-end hotel projects from concept to completion—balancing design vision with execution. This position requires hands-on expertise in producing drawing sets, technical documentation, and FF&E packages, alongside the ability to keep projects aligned with budget, schedule, and design intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality design projects through all phases, from concept development to installation.
• Develop, produce, and oversee full drawing sets and specifications.
• Oversee and refine FF&E packages, interior architecture, and custom design elements for luxury hotel environments.
• Prepare design presentations, schedules, and documentation with accuracy and precision.
• Source, specify, and coordinate procurement of furniture, finishes, lighting, and custom pieces.
• Maintain oversight of timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure documentation aligns with design intent.
• Conduct site visits and walkthroughs, addressing technical or design issues as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of hospitality/hotel design experience (luxury sector strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in creating complete drawing sets and technical documentation for large-scale projects.
• Strong FF&E knowledge and experience with custom design for hospitality.
• Ability to manage multiple project phases with precision and consistency.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or Enscape a plus.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• NCIDQ or LEED certification a plus.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
