Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality operations, event staffing, or coordination roles
  • Strong experience working with both employees and freelance staff
  • Knowledge of handling social media platforms, especially Instagram, for basic posting and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during live events
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 Years of experience
  • Background in hotels, banquets, catering, or event staffing companies
  • Client-facing supervisory experience in hospitality events
  • Familiarity with event-based or temporary staffing operations in Qatar
  • Experience supporting hospitality or events-related social media accounts
