Role Overview

The Hospitality Tech Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to hotel staff, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of hospitality technology solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hotel management systems, POS, and guest service platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in hospitality environments.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to resolve system-related challenges quickly and effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain hospitality software and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and Qatari IT regulations.
• Document support cases and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
• Train hotel staff on system usage and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS, POS, CRM).
• Familiarity with networking, servers, and cloud-based hospitality solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
