We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team at Crafty Crab at Woodbridge. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while managing the flow of the dining area. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing our customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
• Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional guest services throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
