Restaurant Hostess

We are looking for a friendly and organized Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using seating software or manual logs
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and maintain smooth guest flow
• Assist with answering phones, taking reservations, and providing restaurant information
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure excellent guest service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Minimum of 1-year fine dining experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
