Responsibilities:

· Warmly greet our guests on arrival and departure

· Answer the phone and accommodate guests questions and requests

· Seat guests evenly in waiter stations

· Learn our reservation system and use it to its fullest capacity

· Perform restroom checks

· Keep host podium clean and stocked

· Take gift card orders and to go orders

· Communicate guest’s special requests & special occasions to MOD and specific server.

· Other specific tasks as requested by the MOD

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be a minimum of 18 yrs old
-Be able to work in a standing position for as long as 8 hours
-Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing in English (Spanish, a plus!)
-Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
-Texas Food Handler's Certification
