Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly welcome.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and efficiency.
• Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times accurately to guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Address any guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
• Process togo orders

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of Aloha POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
