Coucou is looking for a polished, warm, and highly organized host to join our front-of-house team in West Hollywood.

You're the first impression and the last memory. You set the tone for every single guest who walks through our door, and you do it with grace, efficiency, and a genuine love for hospitality.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment
• Proficiency with Resy — this is a must. You know how to manage the floor plan, handle waitlists, adjust covers, and keep the book running smoothly during a busy service
• A calm, confident presence under pressure
• Strong communication with FOH and management at all times
• A team-first attitude and impeccable attention to detail
• Passion for creating a memorable guest experience from the very first hello
