**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation

- Provide excellent guest service by anticipating guests' needs

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is strongly preferred

- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

- Knowledge of reservation systems, preferably Tock

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent guest relations skills and customer service orientation
