Technical Support Associate

Middlehost is looking for Tech Support Associates to join our growing Support team in Multan . Whether you're a fresh graduate or have technical support experience , this is your opportunity to build a career in web hosting.

As a Tech Support Associate , you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them through support tickets and live chat to ensure a smooth hosting experience. We provide training to help you grow your technical skills and excel in your role.

• Deliver exceptional customer support via tickets and live chat .
• Troubleshoot and resolve common web hosting issues , including:
• Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, and PHP-related concerns.
• DNS, FTP, and email configuration issues.
• cPanel troubleshooting and optimization.
• WordPress support, including plugin and theme installation.
• Escalate complex issues while collaborating with senior engineers to ensure timely resolutions .
• Maintain productivity and meet response time goals.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Prior experience in technical support is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to engage effectively via chat and tickets.
• Basic understanding of:
• Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB
• WordPress (plugin and theme management)
• DNS, FTP, Email, CDN, and HTML basics
• Experience with WP-CLI, JavaScript, or cPanel is a plus, but not required —we'll train you!
