Kira is looking for a new Host to join the crew. We’re a tight-knit team that genuinely likes working together, and we’re looking for someone who can keep the vibes high at the front door while keeping the dining room moving.

As the first person people see when they walk in, you’re basically the face of the place. We need someone who is naturally welcoming, can handle a rush without breaking a sweat, and knows how to keep things organized when the board gets full.

What you’ll be doing:

• Being a great human. Greeting guests, making them feel at home, and managing the door with some personality.
• Playing Tetris with the floor plan. Using the reservation system to seat people strategically so the servers stay happy and the kitchen stays sane.
• Communication. Keeping the flow steady and letting guests know the real deal on wait times.
• Keeping it clean. Making sure the entryway looks good and the menus are ready to go.

What we’re looking for:

• You’ve worked in a fast-paced spot before and you get how it goes.
• You’re comfortable talking to anyone and stay cool when things get busy.
• You’re down to work weekends and nights (that’s when the party happens).
• You actually care about hospitality and making sure people have a good time.
