About the Role Our host is the first face every guest sees. You set the tone for the entire experience. We need someone who's warm, organized, and completely unflappable on a packed Friday night.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
• Manage the waitlist and quote accurate wait times
• Coordinate table turns with servers and management to maximize flow
• Answer phones and take reservations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance and host stand
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and kitchen teams

What We're Looking For

• Genuinely friendly and confident with all types of guests
• Able to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage guest expectations
• Previous hosting or customer-facing experience preferred
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Restaurant experience a plus but not required
