This role is a crucial part of our front-of-house team, responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and supported throughout their meal. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that they are comfortable and have all the necessary information about their dining experience. - Manage reservations and take phone calls to ensure that guests receive the attention they deserve. - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the host stand and dining room. - Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or issues. - Utilize a point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and manage tables. - Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the dining area is running smoothly and efficiently. - Offer help to guests as needed, such as providing directions or recommendations for local attractions. - Ensure that all guests receive a high-quality dining experience, with a focus on food service and hospitality. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. **Skills:** - Excellent customer service and guest relations skills. - Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment. - Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle reservations and take phone calls. - Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards. - Knowledge of POS systems and the ability to operate them efficiently. - Ability to provide help and support to guests as needed. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.67 - $12.62 per hour
