We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service to enhance their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover.
• Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and address guest inquiries.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using a POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
• Support servers with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to facilitate efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants is preferred.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
